If you are already using the NHS App or Patient Access, please kindly request your repeat prescriptions this way.  If you are unable to order online, please contact the surgery to sign up for the new automated telephone prescription ordering service.

Alternatively, you have the following options:

1. Register for the NHS App or Patient Access.
2. Paper request in the box by our reception. Request can be dropped off in person or by a family member or friend.
3. Patient to check with their dispensing pharmacy if they order on their behalf.
