To book an appointment you can call in or telephone on 01691 654349. You can also book appointments on line - click on the link above and register. You will need to wait approximately 48 hours to be accepted and fully registered. Appointments are usually available with a doctor within 48 hours although this may take longer if you wish to see a specific doctor.
Emergencies will always be dealt with on the same day but please do not abuse this service as other patients will suffer. We have telephone triage each day. Leave your details with reception and a doctor will return your call.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. The nurses are qualified to undertake various clinical procedures such as:
- Taking blood for testing
- Infant and adult immunisation
- Cervical Smears
- Dressings and removal of stitches
- Ear Syringing
- Clinics to monitor chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes
They also assist the doctors in minor surgery and are available to offer professional advice either by appointment or over the telephone.
The practice phlebotomist is available to take blood by appointment.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
